I was born on December 18, 2007 at 2:21 PM weighing 7 lbs, 1 ounce and 20 inches long.
I was named Tyler John Costa. Tyler because Mommy & Daddy loved the name and John after my great-grandfather's John Golding ("Grandma" Carol's father) and John Pontarelli ("Nana" Deborah's father). My Daddy's middle name is John also.

He looks like a perfect little doll! My daddy says hi to your daddy too. We will definitely have to get together and I will teach you all of the things I know so far. I learn something new almost everyday from my older friends at Mama Lesley's (that's my babysitter).
