Ohio!

So work brought us to the flat lands of Ohio this month and it was great because we got to see Aunt Lisa and our friend Carly. Neither of whom we had seen since June! You can imagine the withdrawal Aunt Lisa was going through... We're aware that there are a lot of pictures of me and Aunt Lisa but we had to make up for lost time :)

me and Aunt Lisa!

this cup was used at my baby shower..

I am officially the glasses inspector

it was chilly out...

my first encounter with crunchy leaves - how fun!

I'm also a hair dresser...

Catskill visit

After Marissa's wedding we spent the day in Catskill visiting with Grandma, Grandpa, Great Grandma Oma & Aunt Jenny. Good times were had by all!

a homemade musical instrument ;)

Oma, I'm talking to you...

Mommy sat in this rocking chair when she was little too!

then the next day I helped Mom & Dad pack for our next adventure!

Marissa & Jeremy's Wedding

On November 1st Marissa & Jeremy were married! It was a beautiful ceremony (most of which I slept through, yay for Mom & Dad) but the pictures I saw afterwards were gorgeous :) Marissa was a beautiful bride. Here some photos from the evening:

Meaghan, Erin, Katie & Caroline

what I can't have a drink from the bar?

oh Mom, you're making me blush...

life is so much fun when you're upside down

tearing up the dance floor - I think someone was using a scarf to dance with me here...

My First Halloween

I really enjoyed my first Halloween. I had 3 costumes this year, how lucky was I?? The first, of course, was an M&M - mom's favorite! A costume she had picked out before I was even born... the second one was a duckie, which I got as a baby shower present from Aunt Jenny and the third was a monkey, also a baby shower present, that I got from Mom's friend Katie. I had SO much fun dressing up. The M&M costume made me giggle, I was fascinated with the eyes. The duckie costume was so soft and comfy, perfect for anytime really, it was great after a bath and the monkey costume was soft and poofy, not the easiest to move around in but so much fun to flop around because I was so well padded it was like WWF wrestling, with myself. I couldn't stop laughing. I can't wait until next year when I can actually EAT the Halloween candy ;)

San Diego/LA

These photos were from the 2nd half of our October CA trip. We got to visit with Toby & Marvin and celebrate Lauren's birthday! I had so much fun playing with the other kids. I don't know who was more excited - them or me?! Either way, I smiled, laughed and amused myself with their toys, clothing and hair for quite a while! I also had them do my hair... I also stuck my toes in the Pacific Ocean while in southern CA. We love California... we'll be back again in January.

here I am at Lauren's birthday party, I was the "party favor" ;)

Toby & Marvin gave me this awesome gift - (the panda is trying to escape)

Toby & Marvin :)

talking a beach walk...

so after a while I realized the sand was quite chilly and whenever Daddy tried to put me down I used my incredible abdominal muscles to pull my legs back up (I wasn't stupid, ha!)

my first time eating baked potato - I LOVED it! I couldn't shovel it in fast enough

and here I am flying home - looking out the window was so much fun!

I couldn't get myself close enough :)

and then I took a real "big boy bath" for the first time when we got home, just me and the tub... don't worry Mom & Dad weren't more then 2 steps away at all times ;)
